Please follow these steps to proceed.

We list all properties the same day we receive the information that you provide.

Please follow these steps.
Step One	Open Microsoft Word Agreement Package   Please print, read and sign.
Agreement	If you would like to be listed on two MLS systems (NNEREN and MLSPIN) add $100.00. This will provide you with extreme online exposure. See below.
Payment	NNEREN FLAT FEE LISTING - $395 NH DOUBLE EXPOSURE $495 (Goes on 2 MLS systems (NNEREN+MLSPIN)
Payment  w/ sign	NNEREN LISTING WITH SIGN: $425 DOUBLE EXPOSURE w/ SIGN: $525 (Goes on2 MLS systems: NNEREN+ MLSPIN)
Step Two	Select a Property Listing Form: View forms page. Please print and complete. Leave what you don't know blank.
Step Three	Fax back the Listing Form Package and Property Listing Form to 617-326-0570.
Step Four	Send photos to photos@instamls.com. Name files: last-name01, last-name02 etc.
